DLD SERVIS · CRANES AND CRANE RUNWAYS
Impacts at rail joints, clips working loose, uneven wear or a crane that skews during travel. These symptoms call for assessment of the runway together with the crane. DLD Servis provides crane runway surveying, alignment and repairs, from checking geometry to rail replacement and work on rail support arrangements.

Checking rail alignment, levels and the relative position of the two rails. Measurement identifies deviations from the required condition and provides a basis for planning the repair.
Runway alignment corrects the horizontal and vertical position of crane rails based on a survey and the required geometry. Before adjustment, we assess the rail clips, supporting surfaces and structure. Rails are repositioned within the limits of their support system and checked afterwards. Alignment alone does not repair a damaged rail or an inadequate runway beam.
Wear, running surface damage or an uneven transition at a joint. We assess local repair and more extensive replacement, including removal, support preparation and position checks.
Loose or damaged clips, bolts, bases and anchors. Replacement must suit the rail profile, loading and fixing system. Available lateral adjustment also needs checking.
Condition of resilient pads and bearing surfaces. A rubber pad is part of a designed assembly, not an arbitrary addition or a piece of interchangeable rubber. Compatibility with the rail and clips must be assessed.
Corrosion, damaged connections, beams, brackets or end stops. Protective coating and structural repair are different tasks. Where structural assessment or a modification design is required, it must precede the work.
When a rail moves or clips repeatedly loosen, simply ordering the same part is not enough. Geometry, support condition and loading need to be understood. Uneven wear may also relate to crane wheels and travel mechanisms. We distinguish what can be adjusted, what needs replacing and what requires further assessment. Repairing a joint locally is a different task from reconstructing an entire runway rail line.

We review symptoms, records, access and crane operations.
Where needed, we measure geometry and identify sections for adjustment, repair or replacement.
We agree on materials, removal, access equipment, workspace and production constraints.
We carry out the agreed work and check the resulting alignment. Tests and records depend on the intervention.
Send the information you have. We can clarify missing details in the initial discussion.
Geometry, rail condition and support arrangements determine the options. Adjusting position and restoring damaged parts are different tasks; we define the scope after assessment.
Not automatically. A section can be repaired where its condition and integration with the rest allow it. Extensive wear or unsuitable support needs a broader assessment.
Not as a universal modification. The support design, assembly height, clips and pad properties must be checked for the particular runway.
Yes. We need the scope, material availability, access conditions and details of other cranes on the same runway before agreeing on timing and method.
Send photographs, the latest survey or a description of the crane behaviour. We will agree on what needs checking on site.
